• This end cap will fit only 12/15/18 Yag delivery systems.
• These end caps come with  new focus lenses, all of which are designed per manufacturer’s specifications.

Candela Mini GentleYAG (MGY) End Cap Set Information

One of the early signs that you may need a new end cap set is if you start to notice burn spots on the optics. Replacing your end caps in instances like this will increase the performance of  your delivery system. Damaged optics in the end cap can cause a reduction in efficiency and in some cases cause  the fiber optic cable to burn. For optimal laser and IPL performance, we recommend a consistently clean, dust-free, environment and occasionally checking your optics for burn spots. Dust on the optics will obstruct the laser or IPL from reaching the treatment area. This dust is then heated by every shot from your laser or IPL trigger, thus causing burns on the optics.
