This error code has absolutely nothing to do with water or coolant leaking. This is an electrical malfunction. Again restart your equipment and let it run through self-diagnosis. If you still get the error message on your Syneron eMax, please give us a call.  There may be a circuit breaker not working correctly which could lead to electric shock if not fixed.
