Step 1: Using the Shopping Cart
You can order quickly and easily through Parts4Laser.com.
To add an item to your Shopping Cart, simply click on the “+ Cart” icon at the bottom right of an image, or visit the product page and click “Add to Cart.”
To remove an item, go to the to the “View Cart” tab where you will see a list of all the products you have added. Find the item you wish to remove and click the “x” to the right of the listing. The page will refresh with a new total and will no longer contain the items you removed.
To change the quantity of an item you wish to purchase, change the number in the box under the “Quantity box on the product page,” or, when you are on “View Cart” page, change the number under the quantity column and click “Update Cart.”

Step 2: Shipping Address
Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. Your shipping address must be must be exactly how it appears on the locality records.
You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.

Step 3: Shipping and Packaging
After entering the “ship to” addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
You have the option of choosing an elegant gift box or an exclusive black satchel, our gift to you for shopping with us. Just select the option that best fits your needs.
If you’re sending a gift, be sure to check the box marked “Gift Order.” This will ensure that your order is processed appropriately. Prices are NOT included in the packing slip for international orders unless you specifically request that we do so.
You can also add a personalized gift message to your order. A gift card will be included in your order.
Step 4: Payment Information
If you have an online store credit with Parts4Laser.com, it will be automatically used towards your order as the first payment method. The remaining balance can be paid for by credit card or eGift Certificate.
You can store multiple credit cards to use for your Parts4Laser.com purchase. During this step in the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order.
You can use up to three eGift Certificates towards the purchase of your order. Remaining balances will be stored and can be used towards a later purchase. Only one promotional code can be used towards an order. Promotional codes cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit.
If you have any coupons or promotional codes, you can also enter the codes at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirmation page.
Step 5: Order Confirmation
Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click “Place Order Now.”
If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on any of the steps displayed on the top of the ordering pages.
Once the order is submitted, an Order Complete page will be displayed with an order number. Within an hour, you’ll also receive an e-mail confirmation containing the same order number. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order. You will know that your order has been placed once you receive an order confirmation number after you click “Place Order Now.”
We will process and ship your order within 1 – 2 business days. When we ship your order, you’ll receive a second e-mail confirming the ship date with a UPS, FedEx, or USPS tracking number so you can track your order status. After placing your order you can check your Order Status & History in the My Account section.
