Customs Duty and Taxes
Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees charged by their country. Parts4Laser is not responsible for these charges.
Processing and Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed using FedEx 2nd Day Air, FedEx Next Day Air Saver, or other expedited FedEx shipping methods must be submitted by 12:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) to qualify for same-business-day processing.
Our team typically processes orders received Monday through Friday the same business day or by the end of the next business day. Our team generally processes weekend orders by Monday or Tuesday.
FedEx Shipping and Delivery Information
FedEx is the preferred shipping carrier for Parts4Laser. We recommend FedEx for most shipments due to its detailed tracking information and reliable delivery performance.
Please refer to the FedEx Delivery Map below for estimated transit times on FedEx Ground shipments within the continental United States.
General Delivery Times
– FedEx Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver typically deliver Monday through Friday.
– Certain FedEx services may offer Saturday delivery depending on destination and service level.
In most cases, East Coast shipments arrive sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. Most East Coast deliveries arrive within 2–4 business days.
Hawaii and Alaska Shipments
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, Parts4Laser offers the following carrier options:
– USPS Ground and Priority Mail
– FedEx 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air
– FedEx 2 Day Express and Overnight Express
Available shipping methods may vary based on product type and destination.
P.O. Box Shipments
Customers shipping to a P.O. Box should select USPS Ground shipping whenever possible.
If a shipment contains hazardous materials, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) may be required.
