Description
Parts4Laser guarantees all of our products to be of highest quality at very competitive prices. This listing is for a Candela ATV Alex TriVantage laser head cavity, part number 7121-00-7120.
Parts4Laser packages every laser head for fast delivery. We completely rebuild your laser head, or we also offer a core replacement. Parts4Laser recommends a rebuild when you notice either of these symptoms: your system cannot achieve the setting or power you request, or you hear a thumping sound and do not get enough speed and energy during treatment.
Our Rebuilding Service
Our rebuilding service replaces several key components. We install new flash lamps, a new triple bore, a new seal kit with all o-rings, a new light blocking kit, and new flow tubes. We also apply and re-coat the cavity with reflective powder.
This service does not include the laser rod, and it comes with a 90-day warranty.
We use only OEM parts, and we rebuild your laser head so it works effectively and efficiently. We offer two options to fit your needs. You can swap your laser head with one of our previously rebuilt laser heads, which come fully tested and working. Alternatively, you can send your laser head to us, and we will rebuild it for you.
We also supply Yag and Alex laser heads and laser rods if needed.
Why Laser Heads Fail
Several issues can cause a laser head to go bad. First, a water leak inside the laser head can cause pressure to build up and break the laser rod, the device through which the laser travels, and this can crack the rod. A single crack can stop the laser head from working entirely.
Second, keeping the laser in a spotless, clean environment matters greatly. A small speck of dust on the optics will make contact with the laser and gradually burn the optic. As a result, the laser has nowhere to go except backward or sideways, which can damage additional components. Dust can also burn the laser rod and even the laser head itself. In addition, water pressure or dust can damage the flow tubes or triple bore.
Finally, a Candela GentleLase Pro laser head can malfunction or stop working altogether because of a damaged or broken flash lamp. Therefore, pay close attention to your lamp life. If you notice your power has decreased significantly and you need more treatments to achieve the same results, it may be time to change your flash lamp.
We recommend a preventative maintenance service on your machine every six months to extend the life of your laser system. This helps protect the safety of your patients, your investment, and your business, since a broken machine can cause delays and prevent you from following through on advertised services or scheduled appointments.
