Candela Flash Lamp Information

A flash lamp is generally found inside the laser head. The lamp creates energy at the desired or predetermined setting. Therefore, it fires that energy into the other components of the laser head, such as the rod and optics, and channels it small enough to enter the hand unit. Finally, additional optics adjust the size of the laser and enable it to be shot onto the skin.

If you notice a significant decrease in power, this can mean that the laser is no longer efficient or effective and needs replacement. Additionally, if one of the components of the laser head is damaged, this can cause the flash lamp to burn.
