Make sure to pack the handpiece in a very secure box, so no damage can be caused during  the shipping.
if you ship during the winter time please make sure to drain the water from the handpiece or the equipment, freeze water can cause greater damage to your equipment’s.
Make sure to include all your information inside the box and also what the problem is with the hand piece ( i.e.: water leak, error #, calibration etc.)
