The high-voltage (HV) bleeder PCB board safely discharges residual voltage from the capacitor bank after each pulse, protecting both the operator and the internal electronics. Over time, however, component wear or a power surge can cause the board to fail.

As a result, a failing HV bleeder board can trigger error codes, prevent the laser from firing, or, in some cases, leave dangerous residual voltage in the system. Therefore, we recommend replacing the board as soon as you notice fault codes related to high voltage or capacitor discharge.
